Boarding Admin can perform Audit Logs on staff & student activities.
Messaging can be sent to Staff & Students as general broadcasts – as required.
Communication via medical, duty & pastoral diaries whilst messaging is restricted to community groups.
Consent forms, letters, pdf documents can all be stored in each students personal file on the system.
Allergies and other conditions can easily be attached to each students presence and flagged if required.
Boarders Leave (Weekend Leave) and Pass (all those other activities like tutoring, sport & shopping which are off campus – get set up for individuals or groups on the days approved – then students simply “SignOut” – IF Approved.
Medications issued get attributed to respective students with simple tracking.
Rollcall & Snapshot – 2 powerful tools that give an instant “snapshot” to where each student is at any given time.
Security:- Read our Privacy Document – we take the strictest rules and conditions from around the world including GDPR (Europe), CCPA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), APRA (Australia) & other countries regulations and we incorporate this in our Best Practice Policy. Your data is safe and secure as is reasonably possible.

No contracts

go-liberty offers you opportunity to test the system by working (or playing) on the Liberty Boarding School portal. It is pretty close to the full package with most of the functionality. Nothing is hidden – it is just not practical to provide domains for email messages so a few features cannot be shared here. You will have a very good idea straight off the starting block if this is going to suit you. It is an intuitive package so most staff with a few years of Boarding experience should be able to run with it – nearly as easily as you can say “Tic Toc”.
If you happy to go with us – you are billed for 12 months in advance. You get 13 months on the clock and if after this time you are still happy, you respond to the next and the next bill as you see fit. We will never try to lock you in for any period beyond what you have paid for.
If you choose to move on – your data will be supplied to you in accordance with Privacy Policy – No worries there.

go-liberty & Boarding School Software has been developed to be highly responsive and versatile. We have tried to consider every angle and schools need but hey, let us know if there is a feature that can make our product better. As a subscribed Boarding School, we will very definitely respond to you – just as your Head of Boarding would expect a response from staff and even all those inimitable teenagers in your care!

We will always work at adding features to help improve our product. We are watching the market closely and biometrics is on our horizon as soon as it is more widely accepted. We are ready with SDK’s and hardware suppliers.
Boarding School Software operates as a standalone product. Meaning we have chosen to avoid the frustrating setup hurdles that are encountered when trying to interface with school side student management systems. As these hurdles improve – mostly with the assistance of AI, I suspect we will be quick to jump on board and integrate with popular day school student management systems. Generally, the school systems do not play nicely with the boarding systems – but that is improving.

go-liberty is the secure gateway schools use to handle system setup, subscriptions, and account management for the Boarding School Software platform.
It ensures that all billing, user access, and setup processes are managed safely and consistently across regions.
Billing is currently handled by Paddle, UK-based company. This makes global transactions seamless by offering localized payment options, letting customers pay in their own currency, and ensuring tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. After subscribing through go-liberty, your school’s administrator receives an onboarding email containing login details and next steps.
Once you log in, the platform walks you through regional settings, user creation, and data-residency preferences. Our support team can also assist with training or migration if required.
Training is an option and charged for however we really don’t believe training is required – especially if you have spent a little time in the demo school. We put lots of time into making this intuitive and user friendly.

Yes – we support regional hosting for Australia, New Zealand, Europe, United States, South America, Canada, Asia & Africa.
During onboarding, schools can choose their preferred or prescribed region and tailor their modules to match internal workflows.
go-liberty handles the administrative side, advises on compliance and consistent system performance across all regions.
